Hybrid Composite & Metal Subframing that can house Continuous Insulation 

GreenGirt’s composite material makeup minimizes the effects of thermal bridging, drastically improving the energy efficiency of a building or structure. Thermal bridging is the movement of heat across an object that is more conductive than the materials around it (i.e. any standard metal girt).

Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally depending on building requirements.

Product Technical Information:

- Each girt (Width x Depth x Length): 3 3/8” x 4” x  96” 

- Fiber glass reinforced polymer

- Steel fastener retention strip on each end

- Black colored resin used instead of green

- To be pre-drilled in the field
